How much does the fixed fee package cost?

Our fixed fee sales package costs £995 for up to 24 months advertising.

A £500 deposit is payable upon listing (plus the cost of any optional extras you require).

The balance of the £995 listing fee is payable within three months of listing, or when the sale is completed, whichever is soonest.

What type of properties are eligible?

All residential properties are eligible, and we can cover all of Northern Ireland.

How does the fixed fee package compare to traditional sales commission packages?

Estate agent sales commission is typically calculated as a percentage of the selling price plus VAT.

Often, the advertising and photography used to sell your home is not included in the agent's commission and can costs £hundreds as a separate expense.

Our fixed fee sales advertising package is clearly priced at just £995, so you know what your costs will be from the start.

  • 6 Keys are handed over on completion day

    & our final fees are settled.
