All services must be paid prior to listing and are non refundable. We accept bank payments, and all major credit & debit cards through PayPal.

Getting Started

First arrange for us to visit your property to take professional photographs if required.

We will need a key or access instructions if you need us to carry out viewings. You're soon be well on your way to finding your ideal new tenant!

For your convenience, clients can now pay for our Let Only services online using PayPal. Our basic £249 marketing package is payable upfront at the time of listing, along with any extras you have chosen.

Your property will usually hit the online rental market just 24hrs after we take photos. We don't let the grass grow under our feet!
