Our History as W. J. Watson & Son

First established in 1889 in Victorian Belfast by William James Watson, five continuous generations of our family have spent their working lives as estate agents.

In pre Housing Executive days the firm of 'W.J. Watson & Son' was the appointed rent collector for the properties of 'Castlereagh Rural District Council', and responsible for managing the extensive portfolios of private landlords.

Our experience means we are well placed as a family to manage your sales or rental property and we are frequently told that our family approach is a much more user friendly experience for our clients. Moving home is a family business, and so is selling and renting property.
